Ordering
All orders must be placed through the website. Manual orders will not be accepted. All orders are shipped only to the shipping address included with the order, no changes. PayPal accounts and credit cards are the only accepted forms of payment. No money orders are accepted.
Asking for when products will be available will be ignored, check the product description for an estimate. If the product page has no estimate, we have no estimate.
There will never be any preorders, waiting lists, or reservations on any products.
USA Shipping
Shipping cost is determined by the contents in your shopping cart. Use the Estimated Shipping link in your shopping cart to see the cost.
USA shipping is USPS Priority Mail, with shipping and delivery confirmation. The shipping number only proves the item left here and got there. IT DOES NOT PROVIDE IN TRANSIT TRACKING. Check the USPS site for estimated shipping times to your area.
Sales tax applies to purchases shipped to California.
Current period between order and USA shipment is 1-5 business days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Weekends are for family and biking, no shipments or emails.
International Shipping

International shipping is USPS Global Priority Mail. You will receive a USPS shipping number when your order ships. The confirmation only proves the item left here. IT DOES NOT PROVIDE IN TRANSIT TRACKING. Check the USPS site for estimated shipping times to your area. Your country's customs can delay delivery for many weeks.
You are responsible for all import taxes and customs fees. Customs forms will not be forged, the exact value will be declared, nothing will be marked as a gift.

Installation and Drivers for USB products
All RetroZone USB products are standard USB HID gamepads and need no specific drivers. They use the generic USB drivers built into the operating system. Fully supported operating systems include WinXP, Win2k, Vista, MacOS9, and MacOSX. Unix/Linux based systems should work. DOS based systems (Win98, WinME) may work, but are not officially supported.
No drivers or calibration is needed. Simply plug in the controller and setup the emulator. If you want to use the controllers on emulators or games that do not support gamepads you can use programs like JoyToKey or USB Overdrive to use the gamepad as a keyboard.
Installation and Drivers for Wii products
All RetroZone Wii products plug into the GameCube ports on your Wii. No drivers or calibration is ever needed. All Wii products will also work on the Nintendo GameCube.
Contact
Read all the FAQ before contacting. Asking a question that is already answered here may not get a response. Contact outside of business hours (PST) or on weekends is less likely.
Email - retrozone@retrousb.com - Emails are not answered every day, so please be patient waiting for a reply. You may also want to try an alternate address
in case there are spam filter problems. Domains like hotmail.com are not likely to make it. If you do not get a reply within about a week, use a different
contact method or try sending from an alternate email address.
AIM - Add retrousb to your buddy list on AIM. If you do not receive a reply, I am likely not there. I do not have Yahoo/MSN/Google Talk.
IRC - I am typically idle as retrousb in #nesdev on efnet. If you do not receive a reply, I am likely not there.
Chat - Check for retrousb in the nintendoage.com chat room. If you do not receive a reply, I am likely not at the computer.
Forums - Do not use forums, I do not read every thread, and rarely look at PMs. They are not local to my computer so they are not searchable.
Phone - There is no phone support.
